Superbowl Sunday with 3D

It’s Super Bowl Sunday in 2 days! Who are you rooting for? The Cardinals? The Steelers? If you want a great review, hit up Dave’s post on Sparty and Friends. But we are here today to talk about 3D glasses. That’s right, remember those red and blue glasses that let you see in 3D? Well, they’re back in full force on Super Bowl Sunday.

The new upcoming movie Monsters vs. Aliens is touted to have their trailer in 3D. The biggest difference though is in the glasses and the technology used to create these 3D images. ColorCode is the company in charge of making the images viewable through the nifty retro glasses only instead of red and blue, its amber and blue. While there are only 2 commercials slated for 3D this Super Bowl, NBC has announced that it’s Monday night show Chuck will also be in 3D. Not to mention other NSFW applications such as 3D porn… I’m not so sure about some “parts” on that last one…
