Aging is complex but there are many external forces that influence this

First step?  Put elder experience at center.  Eating, dressing, transitions, personal care, paperwork/finances, medication, relationships, mobility, entertainment and connections.

Most elderly dont know what meds they are taking and there is a disconnect and the elderly feel lost.

The nursing home of the future isnt a nursing home at all…
