This Weeks Menu: Sept 14-18 2009

This week’s menu:

Breakfast will be one of the 3 depending on mood:  Greek yogurt with fruit, Spelt Bread with organic peanut butter or a small breakfast burrito (recipe to follow tomorrow)

Lunches are a la carte but will probably be sandwiches (low sodium turkey, low-fat Swiss cheese, roasted red pepper and some mustard)

Dinner: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:  Pesto chicken with asparagus, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese (recipe to follow Wed).  Thursday, Friday:  Peppercorn Steak Tips over mixed greens (salad) (recipe to follow Fri)
