Google Wave Invite Giveaway!

That’s right, I’m giving away 3 nominations for the heavily touted Google Wave. What do you need to do? Leave a comment below (and use your real email address or I won’t be able to contact you) on a meal that you would like to see me cook (and please… nothing over the top). It can be breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert. I’ll try and make it (and make it fast). I will have some volunteers pick which recipe they like from the lot of comments and will make a fun cooking video. Winners (Grand Prize and 2 runner ups) will be announce next Thursday. Entries must be made by Monday night at midnight (EST). Good luck!

Chocolate Salami Recipe

Ingredients: 2 eggs; 80gr butter; 100gr sugar; 70gr unsweetened cocoa powder; 1 packet of shortbread biscuits.

Whip eggs and sugar together until you get a homogeneous mixture. Add softened butter. Add cocoa and ground biscuits to the egg mixture and mix the ingredients together energetically, until they all come together. With this mixture, make a roll in the shape of a sausage and wrap it in foil or cling paper. Leave the chocolate salami in the fridge for a few hours before serving it.
