Food, Weekly Menu — By kurteng on February 15, 2010 8:50 amCooking is a little hectic this week as the Mrs. has the week off and her friend is coming to spend a couple of days which means a lot more cooking for me! I’ll put up the recipe tomorrow and have pics later but take a look at what we had for dessert last night at Romaine’s:

Cinnamon bun a la mode with walnut caramel sauce
Breakfast small breakfast burrito.
Lunches are a la carte [Yes again] but will probably be sandwiches, soup, salad, etc. but cherry tomatoes and/or pirate booty and/or yogurt are also the daily staple!
Dinner: Monday: Leftover salmon and salad; Tues-Wed: Rotisserie Chicken and Salad; Thursday: Chicken Mole with black bean dirty rice; Friday: Pesto Chicken Pasta (instead of shrimp)
