Put a little spice into your life (and food)

No recipes this week but I wanted to give Nantucket Off-Shore some props. I’ve used a few of their products and I need to say, they make some awesome spice rubs. Not the barbecue spice rubs, but the herbal spices. The best part is that they provide the flavor without any added salt. Please check out their site for their different selection of rubs. I personally love the Renaissance Rub (The essence of Italian: a combination of oregano, rosemary, garlic, sesame seed, red pepper, sundried tomatoes, and lemon zest) and the St. Remy Rub (An herbs de Provence blend of rosemary, basil, savory, marjoram, fennel seed, and lavender). Both go great with grilled/baked/pan seared chicken!
