St. Patty’s day week so the traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage is in order!

Breakfast Yogurt.  I’ve removed the breakfast burrito in place of yogurt and some nuts to reduce calorie count

Lunches are a la carte [Yes again] but will probably be sandwiches, soup, salad, etc. with some type of veggies and/or fruit! Barley/Lentil salad as well.

Dinner: Monday-Tuesday:  Vegetarian Chili; Wednesday-Friday: Corned Beef, Cabbage, Potatoes, Carrots, etc.
