Weekly Menu: 5-9 April 2010

Everything was a little off this past weekend as it was Easter and we lost power which resulted in no cooking. I’ll need to think about what to cook that is vegetarian (Lauren is making a big push to eat less meat which is fine with me). Any one have any suggestions?

Breakfast Yogurt. I’ve removed the breakfast burrito in place of yogurt and some nuts to reduce calorie count

Lunches are a la carte [Yes again] but will probably be sandwiches, soup, salad, etc. with some type of veggies and/or fruit!

Dinner: Monday-Wednesday [me]: Leftovers; Monday-Thursday [the Mrs.]: Vegetarian stuffed peppers
